Returns & Exchanges
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences or circumstances.
However, we will accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
• The product is defective or damaged
• You received an item different from what you ordered
If any of the above applies, please contact us through the form within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the situation and respond accordingly.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when delivered, unused, and in its original packaging.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for the following items:
• Made-to-order products
• Customized products (special orders, etc.)
• Sale items

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the return method and return address.
Please note that items sent back to us without prior notification cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to complete the refund process.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us through the form.
