Shipping policy

Please note the following regarding FedEx services:

- The FICP service (FedEx International Connect Plus) is only available for residential addresses.
Deliveries to business or commercial addresses may not be completed under this service.

- If you select FICP but your shipping address is a business or company address,
any additional fees or return costs incurred will be your responsibility.

- For business or non-residential addresses, please select a non-FICP service option at checkout.

 

Shipping Fees and Customs Duties

For International Orders (outside Japan)
Shipping fees vary depending on the product and destination.
Orders with a total value of JPY 60,000 or more qualify for free shipping.

The total payment amount displayed at checkout includes shipping, customs duties, and taxes.
These fees will be automatically calculated and added after entering your shipping address during checkout.
The total amount shown at checkout is the final amount you will be charged—
no additional payments are required upon delivery.

*Some countries and regions are not eligible for DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service.
In such cases, import duties or taxes may be charged upon delivery. Please check carefully before ordering.

 

International Shipping Details

- We primarily ship international orders via FedEx. For destinations outside the FedEx service area, we may use EMS or other international couriers.

In such cases, duties and taxes will need to be paid upon receipt of the parcel.

 

Payment Notes

When paying by credit card, please ensure that the cardholder name matches the purchaser’s name.
If the names do not match, the payment may not be processed successfully,
and your order will be automatically canceled.
