Refund policy

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on customer preference or personal circumstances.

Exceptions – Defective or Incorrect Items We will accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
• The product is defective or damaged
• You received an item different from what you ordered

If any of the above applies, please contact us through the form within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will review the situation and respond accordingly.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns for the following:
• Made-to-order products
• Customized products (special orders, etc.)
• Sale items

Please do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the process. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us through the form.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit a cancellation or return request through your account order page. You will receive an email confirmation of your withdrawal request.

Please note:
•Return shipping costs for withdrawal requests are the responsibility of the customer
•Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal request
•The right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order or customized products

Payment Processing Fees
Credit card processing fees incurred at the time of payment are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation or refund, the processing fee (approximately 3.85% of the transaction amount, plus any applicable currency conversion fees) will be deducted from the refunded amount, except where prohibited by applicable law (including EU consumer protection regulations)
